They are great! My front bumper was ripped off, completely detached from the passengers side. I needed a whole new one. They were friendly, gave me a $100 discount for this expensive repair, and got it done fast. They also detailed my car, which I wasn't even expecting! My car is whole again (literally) and I am so happy. Great team of people. Their office dog, Max, is also really cute, but that's a bonus.

I am so HAPPY with the quality of the repair of my car. It is 2015 Sentra with 30,000 miles but it when it was done with Northwest collision, you would think it is 2019. The body work was done with great pride and it shows. Plus they don’t just clean your car but they detail the car. When you leave.... you can’t help but to feel like you just bought a new car again but without the payments of one.Thank you

could not have ask for better Service My wife banged up the rear bumper on a Mercedes-Benz automobile They fixed it to perfection They also gave me a ride home when I dropped it off and offered to pick me up when it was completed. I would highly recommend this company!!!! they did a great job price was reasonable and the people there are really nice. And by the way my car looks like new

Although everything with a wreck can be stressful, I felt so comfortable having Northwest take care of me. I had no idea what I was doing and they walked me through everything and the car looks as though nothing ever happened. Hoping it never does, but if anything ever happens again I know exactly where to go. So much less stress that I thought the situation would be.

I recently had a new front bumper put on my Tesla Model S. Northwest gave me a quote that was $500 less than the other shop I checked. The work was completed in a timely manner and the car looks like new! Greg and the staff were helpful and courteous. I can't recommend them enough, really great work!

These folks are great. Not only did they make my car look brand new, but their customer service is wonderful. They did all they could to fix my car in a timely manner, even taking my car to Mazda to check something out. They didn't have to do that but they went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!
